openstack cloudprovider implementation #147

Looks like right now the cloudprovider impl is AWS only.... Any plans for GCE, Openstack, ... ?

Thanks for your interest in Escalator. We currently don't have plans to implement any other cloud providers ourself right now, but are very welcome to PRs for this. We'd be open to any cloud provider support, whether GCE, Azure, Openstack, etc..
