Added @extract-types as scope to all packages.
extract-react-types now @extract-types/core
kind2string now @extract-types/kind2string
pretty-proptypes now @extract-types/pretty-proptypes
extract-react-types-loader now @extract-types/loader
babel-plugin-extract-react-types now @extract-types/babel-plugin-extract-react-types

Build be failing - second thing on this: Can you make an issue (for me) to publish a final version of the old packages with a readme comment redirecting people to the new packages, and then deprecate the packages on npm to mark them as unmaintained?

You could probably make that in a fork if you were keen, or a new issue if not.
