Több felhasználó is félreérti, és a tárgyban adja meg a kérdését, ezért a levél törzsét le kell ellenőrizni, hogy írt-e bele valamit. (konkrétan ha a "( IGÉNYELT ADATOK MEGJELÖLÉSE )" benne marad a levélben, hibaüzenetet dobhatnánk.

So if requests are being sent with no body content, that seems to me like a failure of one of the built-in validations in Alaveteli - which should not allow people to submit requests where the body is empty, or where the body is entirely made up of the text we automatically put there - https://github.com/mysociety/alaveteli/blob/rails-3-develop/app/models/outgoing_message.rb#L291
