fix:admin role and search bar

PR Description

This PR fix the admin role that was not correctly typed, and also the admin general search bar that was not working as expected due to some changes that were made in the backend.

How to test this PR

Login as superAdmin:

Email: admin@example.com
Password: password123

Change the role of the user Manzi jean to admin, logout and login again with:

Email: jean@example.com
password: password123

After reaching the dashboard you can see that now admin is accessing the dashboard. then logout and login again as superAdmin and change the role of Manzi jean back to applicant.
