#249 implementating cohort page with its crud operation

PR Description

This PR introduce cohort page where admin can Create, Read , Update and Delete cohort.

Description of what was expected from this task

1. Implementation user interface for cohort page with its related component to help admin to perform CRUD operation including

• Cohort overall page
• Cohort detail page
• Add and update cohort modals

2.Allowing Admin to perform CRUD about cohort such as

• Creating cohort with fields Title,Program,Cycle,Phase, Starting date and Ending date of cohort
• Viewing all cohorts as well as a cohort detail information including trainees who are in certain cohort
• Updating cohort fields
• Deleting cohort

How this PR can be tested

Locally, you can checkout ft-cohort branch, -Installing dependencies by npm install command -Finally start project by npm run dev
