Setup CI/CD with GitHub Actions for E-commerce Frontend

Description

This pull request sets up a CI/CD pipeline for our e-commerce frontend project built with React/TypeScript and Vite using GitHub Actions. The workflow automates the build and deployment process to ensure consistent and reliable deployments.
