What does this PR do?

This pull request implements the ability to configure routes in the React application using React Router Dom, enabling seamless navigation between different pages.

Description of Task to be completed?

How should this be manually tested?

  1. Start the React application.
    • npm run dev
  2. Navigate to different routes to verify they are set up correctly.
  3. Test nested routes to ensure they work as expected.
  4. Attempt to access a non-existent route to check the 404 Page Not Found handling.
