Combine Replies Table with Posts table #10

[ ] Tables joined
[ ] Filtering on posts and on replies now work with new table
[ ] Remove left over data no longer being used

As a developer I need the the posts table and the replies table to be one table so that the posts can all be numerated, for easier accessing of that specific post.
Each post will have a unique number associated to it
Notes Designed a new table, reworking functions in controllers to work with the new table.
