[x] Moderator roles added
[ ] Secret board added for only moderators
[x] Moderators can delete any content

As a developer I need to add in more roles so that other people can help moderate the content
This task is complete when the moderator role is created and implemented, and moderators can do the same things as admin, sans changing roles
