russian translation #56

hi there, thank you for this solution, it is very helpful and awesome. i've switched to russian translation (i'm russian) and it was terrible - worst than google translate could translate ( php-pastebin-v3/libs/lang/lang_ru.php ). So if you want, i can help with translation. best regards
