wrf_create should automatically determine frames_per_auxinput5 #33

Hey

The default value for frames_per_auxinput5 is 1 (because is faster), but this must be a user choice such as the namelist.input option of WRF.

PS: for the special case of 12h emissions (io_style_emissions = 1) the value is aways 12
