Update tutorials and add link to Ed's ozone scheme

I'm not sure if the simple rce example always had oscillations at the top, perhaps not. Maybe it came when we changed how the atmospheric pressure levels are defined, or the default radiation parameters. We could play around with the parameters to get rid of them (decrease time step or reduce model top), but I don't think it really matters just to show how the model works.
