This PR:
implements the "fixed anvil temperature" (FAT) cloud coupling
makes the coupling to the level of maximum clear-sky divergence (PHAT) more robust
makes the variables
cloud_top_plev
and
cloud_top_temperature
time-dependent in order to write them into netCDF
