Patch the upgrade suite with latest patches. #179

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The upgrade suite does not have all the patches that are in the main 
release.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Upgrading should be at least in synch with main release. Patches applied main 
should be applied to upgrade as well.

What version are you using?
GCalendar: 2.1.1
joomla: 1.5.11
php: 5
Browser: Chrome

I think this can be closed. I just got the latest upgrade and it seems to be 
fine. I 
think one of components did not upgrade as it should when I applied the patch.
