Implement direct and indirect updates of markers #10

[x] Direct marker updates (e.g. Marker::setHeadPosition, ::setProperties)
[x] Indirect marker updates (movements due to text changes)
[x] Different movements for markers w/ an invalidation strategy of inside
[x] Different movements for tail-less markers
[x] Handle markers created w/ no tail
[x] Snapshot markers before redo
[x] Investigate disabled test about marker positions during document.onDidChange events

@nathansobo I'm going to merge this so that we can start testing text-document in Atom with both marker support and our new work on the Patch. I figure that despite the one issue I mentioned above, the vast majority is working and we can revise later.
