Electron version #126

4.0.0-nightly.20180821 works. What's up with the use of version 2?

We've been focused on the core of the application and haven't touched the UI in months. When we return our focus to the UI, which could be a while, we will likely upgrade the Electron version as one of our first tasks. Thanks!
