We need to merge the changes by @alexheretic from this branch, so ide-rust can switch to our fork ~https://github.com/alexheretic/atom-languageclient/tree/build~ https://github.com/atom-community/atom-languageclient/tree/ide-rust-build-no-rebuild (cleaned version)
