When the tree view is active and you open a new terminal, the path opened matches the first project folder in the tree view. This is different to the behavior when the editor is active and unexpected.
Steps to Reproduce
Open tree view and add multiple project folders
Select a project that is not the first project
Run atomic-terminal:open
Expected behavior:
The current path in terminal should match the path of the selected project
Actual behavior:
The current path in terminal matches the path of the first project
