Release terminal package #4

I want to test this package and apply the changes that I might see before we register it. So let us test it for some time.

We also need to choose a name if we want to register this on atom.io/packages.

I think we should ask Atom for the terminal name.

What about atom-ide-terminal?

@tvallois That's the default name we usually pick when we make a package. Maybe we should just use that and not wait for Atom.

I tried releasing manually and it failed with the same error. Maybe an issue with the Atom.io server?
