install failed #43

Installion failed in Windows 10(build 10240 x64) Atom version:1.0.7

It show me the error:

Haskell-ghc-mod: ghc-mod flag failed with error code 1 'ghc-mod' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
