tab without focus too dark hard to see

After updated to 2.0, the text on the tab became hard to see and the icon has no color.

Reproduction Steps:

1. disable tinted tab bar

Expected behavior:

able to see tab text clearly, icon has color

Observed behavior:

hard to see, icon has no color
