Notification toast doesn't look right

Notification toast background color doesn't look right, and it's been like that for quite a while now.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Call any action that can trigger a notification toast with some clarification (git plus command, update, etc.)

Expected behavior:

The background color should be consistent across the notification area

Observed behavior:

The notification content part has a weird color on it
