The ability to add/remove a repository in the apm to allow users to download packages from other servers besides the official apm repository.
Motivation
Many package managers and package services allow you to self host a repository. For example Linux Flatpaks, Linux Pacstall scripts, Android F-Droid apps.
The ability to self host a Atom package repository (Package repository must be fully open source)
The ability to add and remove repositories in apm (Commands to add/remove repositories and GUI settings/menu in Atom editor)
Additional context
This will allow for a more federated/decentralised package manager.
