People have hard time access atom.io from China, thanks to the GFW, most stuff on AWS or Github will blocked. It would be great that atom.io can have a server/CDN site inside China, or can be mirrorred, so people can access the atom packages from China.
Be able to have a local mirror also helps the corporation network case.
