[Website] Social links have issues #223

Description

In short, two of the links provided in the footer of the atom.io website are broken.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to the footer of atom.io
  2. Access the Chat and Forum links in the Keep in touch section

Expected behavior:

Working links going to the Slack chat (is there one?) and the discussions page, respectively.

Actual behavior:

The Slack link leads to http://atom-slack.herokuapp.com/ which isn't set up:

And Discuss leads to https://discuss.atom.io/ which gives an SSL error (ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID):

This has been addressed before in the discussions as well: https://github.com/atom/atom/discussions/22746

Additional Information

This isn't really a critical issue, but it may drive away newcomers.
