Improve the trending algorithm #66

The current trending view for the packages and themes, is in my opinion, weak: already popular packages are always there.

The algorithm should be refactored to advantage less popular packages/themes. Popularity of the package should be taken into consideration: the more popular the package is, the least "trending points" it gets.

👍 Also, a 'view more' link would be helpful. Now all I can do is view the most popular today, this week or this month. Surprise, it's the same six packages in different orders. Yay!

You reach it my clicking "see all", on the side of the new/recently updated sections
