I'm not 100% sure that it did before, but it seems that https://atom.io/docs/latest/contributing used to link to the Contributing guide at https://github.com/atom/atom/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md, but it just links to https://flight-manual.atom.io now. 😕

I definitely should have reported this earlier - it's been broken at least since March 8.
