Changed Linux keybinding for bookmarks:view-all. #27

ctrl-f2 -> ctrl-alt-f2

This remedies conflict with default keybindings in xfce window manager.

No please. Ctrl+Alt+F2 (or really any F* key) shunts you to the non-graphical tty if you're using Unity.
