I created a simple textfile (content äöüß) and opened it with Atom v142 on Windows 7

What happenes: Encoding of the file is not autodetected

what is expected: Atom uses the correct encoding (here Western 1250 or ISO-8859-1)

when selecting Auto detect the encoding is changed correctly

This is a duplicate of #3. But the images are really helpful!
