Find and Replace, "Replace All" crashing on large file #603

I'm using Atom 1.2.4 with Find-and-Replace 0.189.0, and when I'm editing this file: https://github.com/ihnorton/DICOM.jl/blob/master/src/dcm_dict.jl , and do Ctrl-F, find {, replace Any[, it will find 1380+ occurences of the curly brace, and replacing single occurences with the "Replace" button goes well.
But... if I do "replace all", the editor crashes.... Any way to solve this issue?

I was unable to reproduce this issue using:

Which OS and version are you running on?

By the way, thank you very much for supplying a file you can reproduce this on! That's a huge help :metal:

Stumbled on this error while trying to replace one line on a few thousand files.
Each file is relatively small, just around 200 lines and less than 10kB.
