Renaming Folder breaks the index #234

After renaming a folder, the files in this renamed folder are no longer found by the fuzzy-finder. Neither by typing the folders name nor by typing the filename itself.

Edit: A Restart of Atom (causing a full re-indexing) fixes the issue.

Similar enough to #30 that I'm going to close this issue in favor of that one.
