[Feature Request] Add ability to clone repositories without signing in to a GitHub account #2702

To clone repositories from inside Atom itself, you need to sign into a GitHub account.

I'd really like to just be able to clone a repository from the Git tab, thus avoiding any need to link my account or anything.

This part's just a general rant, but why's Atom requiring you to enter the URL manually after signing in with GitHub? I feel like if you were to sign in, it should be able to list the users repositories, and then pick from that.

Just a rant, I really just want the feature from the title of the issue.

Looks like I can just run the clone command to do what want. All good.
