bump firstmate version, support 0.12, iojs, 4, and 5 #31

firstmate was bumped to 5.1.1 to bump oniguruma (that bump moved up to nan 2)

this would help to support iojs, node 4, 5

hey @kevinsawicki ! this will help upstream the ability to support iojs, 4, and 5 in markymarkdown, and therefore the npm/docs. whenever you have a chance, i'd love if you could check this out.
