This PR updates csharp.cson grammar bringing latest fixes and improvements from https://github.com/dotnet/csharp-tmLanguage upstream repo (as requested here https://github.com/atom/language-csharp/pull/119#issuecomment-388947255). Python script from scripts/ folder was used to provide PCRE support.
