Delete redundant .coffeelintignore file #205

Description of the Change

This is a janitorial PR to delete an unused .coffeelintignore manifest that's sitting in the package's root directory.

There is no specs/fixtures directory, so this file is contributing absolutely nothing.

Happy to do whatever I can to purge the memory of CoffeeScript from the world.

@mnquintana Asking you since you were the one who standardized the Coffeelint rules across Atom. Are you ok with this file being removed, as it's highly unlikely the language repos will ever get fixture files?
