I had no idea how to run the tests, had to do some googling! :smile:

I've copied over the default CONTRIBUTING.md file that the rest of the language packages use to maintain consistency (and actually, it seems like the one that language-javascript is using links to the wrong page, so I'll file a bug on the atom.io repo and use a different link instead).
