Fix tests and remove coffeescript dependencies #73

Removes everything to do with coffee-script, but adds back Grunt to have a convenient way of linting and running specs. Also fixes tests not running on Windows/AppVeyor.

In addition to running linter again, it fixes linter warnings that were introduced during the time they were not checked for.
