Fix transparent sticky headers #140

Description of the Change

This increases the z-index on sticky headers so it covers the list items underneath.

The "The subdirectory overrides the parent directory" issue https://github.com/atom/one-light-ui/issues/139#issuecomment-413436837 should be fixed too.
