Replace .theme-one-dark-ui class with .theme-one-light-ui

@iryston Thanks for the PR, but the use of the .theme-one-dark-ui class isn't a typo.

The reason it's in here is because most files in the dark and the light version are identical. That makes it easier to update both. There are a few places where the styling should be a little bit different and for those places the .theme-one-dark/light-ui class gets used to target only one version.
