Request for 2 latex' snippets #219

It would be cool if there was a snippet for the \cite command as well as the \ref command.

Language-specific snippets are provided by individual language packages, rather than this snippets package – you should open an issue with the Latex language package you have installed (I'm guessing https://atom.io/packages/language-latex ?)
