Indent for markdown Table of Content preview when press "cmd + r" #156

Previously opened at markdown-preview, and they ask me to open a new issue here

Here's my problem:

There is no indent with Atom when I use keyboard "cmd + r" to show the Table of Content

May I ask if it's possible to add indent?

Anyone have a suggestion on how to accomplish this?

I was plan to move from Sublime Text to Atom, this is the only feature that leave me at Sublime Text.

I write all my docs in markdown, indentation matters a lot if a file has multiple levels
