Requirements

Filling out the template is required. Any pull request that does not include enough information to be reviewed in a timely manner may be closed at the maintainers' discretion.
All new code requires tests to ensure against regressions

Description of the Change

I have been unable to reproduce this, and one of the people who used to have it has reported they cannot either.

We can always add it back in if a user reports back confirming the issue still exists.

NA

Benefits

Leaving it in when the issue may not even exist serves no purpose.

Possible Drawbacks

A user will raise an issue if it doesn't work for tabs (like they probably would even if the note was left there).

Merging for all the reasons already mentioned in the issue, and because we've had several approvals already.
