Outer Wilds doesn't function properly #64

Unpacking the exe and running it as is results in it running fine at first but the main menu lacks anything in it. Either slightly more than steamstub is removed or there's more to it? If samples are needed, just ask.

I see this has something to do with a steamworks issue? Missed that at first glance. Closing this issue.
