Do you want to have an SDK (like a Rust or Typescript crate) or are you talking about a CLI?

I am talking about a toolkit that allows anyone to download it and run a few commands to do whatever action it wants. Including node registration or node submission. So I would say both CLI and SDK

Also good for developers to have a SDK so that they can build applications on top of Atoma.
