Stacks should have associated user synthetic public key for encryption #99

To keep user request and node response data privacy, the user needs to encrypt its request data with the node's synthetic encryption public key (and vice-versa). If the Stack then requires attestation nodes verification, this data must be shared with the attestation nodes.
