Add Monokai (filter Octagon) theme #27

This is a theme for Sublime and VSCode by Monokai Pro.

I added it for my personal use. It's not exactly the octagon color scheme, but it comes as close as possible.

@jeanbaptistem Ah sorry I should have looked more carefully, the theme needs to go into app/src/custom-colour-schemes.json otherwise it won't get picked up!

Also feel free to add yourself to the credits in the readme, might be good to put a link to Monokai Pro too.
