In which way should I add a new language? #84

Hey, I was thinking about contributing to this bot by adding German as a language option. I was wondering, how I should add this language. Should I go ahead and do a Pull Request or do you have a seperate platform for that?

A PR would be just fine! We have a translation guide and feel free to join the support server if you need more real-time help from me :)
