HyperDEX and Agama fiat rate discrepancy #394

There is a small discrepancy between the fiat rates in HyperDEX and Agama. It exists in multiple coins. Creating the issue here first and suggest comparing rates with pbca26.

Versions: alpha 8 and Agama v41 OS: win 10 Errors: None Severity: Medium (2)

We use Coin Market Cap rates where available and fallback to marketmaker supplied prices in KMD and multiple by the CMC KMD/USD price for coins not list listed on CMC.

Looks like Agama is using something different. I don't really see this as an issue as fiat prices are just an estimate, they will vary from exchange to exchange.
