want my coins back :| #513

BTCP refuses to reflect any balance. I want my pub and priv key. I want my coins back at any rate. Can my entire portfolio be migrated over to a platform like barterdex, so that i can get control of my coins???? How do i get out ?????????

agama, komodo, iguana, supernet, barterdex, hyperdex, market maker apps. electrum servers. where do i start????????

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience but can I remind you this is alpha level software. There are multiple warnings that you shouldn't be using this with real funds unless you are prepared things may go wrong.

With that being said, it's incredibly unlikely your funds are gone. If you sent the funds to the correct address and they aren't showing up it's most likely an issue with the third party electrum servers. Have you double checked the funds on a block explorer?

Yes, the seed phrase we use is compatible with the BarterDEX GUI and Agama, you can import it to either of those.

If you didn't backup your seed phrase then go to Settings > View Seed Phrase and enter your password. It will show it to you and you can copy it from there.
