Open Order Filter #610

When you have many open orders, it would be good to have a way to filter the open orders based on the pair you are looking at or all open orders.

When the liquidity multiplier is added (where say you can use 0.1BTC to put a low buy order for 50 different coins and whichever one hits will execute) this will not be manageable.

For now until we implement this, you can do this by selecting the pair you want to filter in the currency dropdowns in the Exchange view and then click the pair filter button, for example, "CHIPS/KMD" in the "Open Orders" box.
